Registration

  • Reservations received prior to or on the Friday before the event - in this case, before end of day Friday, April 6th, 2018.
  • For those that register after Friday, April 6th
  • If registration received after end of day Friday, April 6th - additional $5 charge
• Early Registration - $25 for members, $30 for guests.
• Registrations received after 5:00 pm on the Friday before the Monthly WIL luncheon but before noon on Monday, the week of the luncheon, incur a $5 late fee.
• Walk-ins, reservations, and cancellations after noon Monday are not preferred, but will be accepted upon availability.
• No-show reservations will accrue a $5 fee plus the luncheon cost.

To improve the employee experience, misaligned expectations between employers and employees need to be resolved to establish purpose, self-awareness, and trust.  The concept of Employee Experience, is not new.  Many organizations have operated with the idea of happy employee, happy costumer, for years.  It engages employees at all levels to collaboratively design a work environment that balances the needs of organizational survival and growth with the personal needs of the employee and it must come before the overused term of "engagement."
