Women in Leadership (WIL) was established as an independent organization in 2004. Our objective is to promote leadership among women by providing mentoring, networking, and professional development. By focusing on those efforts and various resources provided within our membership, WIL has grown into the vibrant, dynamic organization we are today.

• We host an annual conference to share the latest trends and information for Women Leaders.
• We host monthly luncheons to network and enjoy educational programs.
• Each year we recognize five outstanding women leaders for their professional and personal excellence.
• Our members represent multiple industries and professions, including business, manufacturing, and health care.
• Annually, we provide a $1,000 scholarship to a woman seeking a degree or professional development.
• We hold special events throughout the year to give our members another opportunity to build relationships with each other.
