There’s an old saying, “demography is destiny.”
Today in management, it might be said that “demography is pretty darn difficult.”
The demographic composition of organizations is changing significantly. In 2016, Millennials became the largest generational cohort in the U.S. workforce, surpassing Baby Boomers and Gen Xers. What we see are three distinct generations needing to work together effectively to move organizations into the future.
In this program, Dr. Aaron Buchko, Professor of Management at Bradley University, will explore these issues and other challenges of working in and with multigenerational organizations.
