"Understanding Civility in Professional Settings"
Lisa Plantamura is the Regional Director, Organizational Development and Employee Engagement for UnityPoint Health. Prior to her work at UPH, she was a trainer and consultant specializing in the field of leadership development, customer satisfaction and employee engagement for over 20 years, most recently with AAIM Employers’ Association where she worked for 13 years.
The goal of her presentation, “Understanding Civility in Professional Settings”, is to help participants recognize their role in helping to make working in groups productive, successful and civil. It will also make the case for making civility a central theme in our lives and introduce the key rules for civility in our current world- which we can be applied in both personal and professional life.
