Presentation Topic: Embrace Me Time

Women often feel busier at holiday time. How can we strive for and achieve balance in our lives?

Amy Fischer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of MindOasis Counseling in Peoria. At our November’s luncheon which is titled “Embrace Me Time,” Amy will provide assistance in learning how to stay in balance through identifying your goals both professionally and personally, setting healthy boundaries to support you and creating a sense of serenity that your spirit needs to thrive when your life is moving at a rapid pace.  

Amy Fischer has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Springfield and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Illinois State University. She founded, MindOasis Counseling in Peoria in 2015. It is a place that encourages women to “Embrace her true self”. She specializes in healing women’s traumatic wounds through Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
