Registration

  • Reservations received prior to or on the Friday before the event - in this case, before end of day Friday, August 2nd, 2019.
  • For those that register after Friday, August 2nd
  • If registration received after end of day Friday, August 2nd - additional $5 charge
• Early Registration - $25 for members, $30 for guests. $1 Credit Card fee included above (deduct if paying cash/check).
• Registrations received after 5:00 pm on the Friday before the Monthly WIL luncheon but before noon on Monday, the week of the luncheon, incur a $5 late fee.
• Walk-ins, reservations, and cancellations after noon Monday are not preferred, but will be accepted upon availability.
• No-show reservations will accrue a $5 fee plus the luncheon cost.

Mary Ardapple Dierker, a thriving health & wellness strategist, yoga guide, meditation ambassador, and advocate for life-long personal and professional well-being, will help members examine their individual relationship with food and exercise. Mary hopes to be an inspiration for others to discover the path between their fork and feet by becoming the best version of themselves for a life filled with zest and fulfillment.

 

Lunch Buffet will include:          

Fresh Greens with Tomatoes, Cucumbers and shredded cheese

Ranch, Italian and Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressings
