Registration

  • Reservations received prior to or on the Friday before the event - in this case, before end of day Friday, August 3rd, 2018.
  • For those that register after Friday, August 3rd
  • If registration received after end of day Friday, August 3rd - additional $5 charge
• Early Registration - $25 for members, $30 for guests.
• Registrations received after 5:00 pm on the Friday before the Monthly WIL luncheon but before noon on Monday, the week of the luncheon, incur a $5 late fee.
• Walk-ins, reservations, and cancellations after noon Monday are not preferred, but will be accepted upon availability.
• No-show reservations will accrue a $5 fee plus the luncheon cost.

Eat for Success: How nutrition affects performance.

Learn how developing healthy eating habits can help you succeed both in your professional and in your personal life.

Katrina Howard is the Director of Healthy Living for the Greater Peoria YMCA and is a registered dietitian who believes that living a healthy lifestyle is more than just the foods we consume. She completed her Didactic Program in Dietetics from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois and is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She completed her dietetic internship at St. Louis University, where she focused on corporate wellness, public health and sports nutrition.
