Annual Member
Early Registration – $25.00
Reservations received prior to or on the Friday before the event - in this case, before end of day Friday, Dec 8, 2017.
Guest Registration – $30.00
Late Guest Registrations – $35.00
For those that register after Friday, 12/8
Late Member Registration – $30.00
If registration received after end of day Friday, 12/8 - additional $5 charge

• Early Registration - $25 for members, $30 for guests.
• Registrations received after 5:00 pm on the Friday before the Monthly WIL luncheon but before noon on Monday, the week of the luncheon, incur a $5 late fee.
• Walk-ins, reservations, and cancellations after noon Monday are not preferred, but will be accepted upon availability.
• No-show reservations will accrue a $5 fee plus the luncheon cost.

Support one or more of these three local-for-profits; Crittenton Center, The Center for Prevention of Abuse and Central Illinois Agency on Aging.

Donate unwrapped items and bring to the December luncheon. If you are unable to attend but would like to donate items, you can give them to someone else who will be attending or you can take the items directly to the organization.
