Early Registration – $25.00
Reservations received prior to or on the Friday before the event - in this case, before end of day Friday, October 6, 2017.
Guest Registration – $30.00
Late Guest Registrations – $35.00
For those that register after Friday, 10/6
Late Member Registration – $30.00
If registration received after end of day Friday, 10/6 - additional $5 charge

• Early Registration - $25 for members, $30 for guests.
• Registrations received after 5:00 pm on the Friday before the Monthly WIL luncheon but before noon on Monday, the week of the luncheon, incur a $5 late fee.
• Walk-ins, reservations, and cancellations after noon Monday are not preferred, but will be accepted upon availability.
• No-show reservations will accrue a $5 fee plus the luncheon cost.

Presenter: Division Chief Phillip Maclin

"Every Second Counts: Plan 2 Ways Out"

October is Fire Prevention Month and our speaker will be Division Chief Phillip Maclin of the Peoria Fire Department. This year's theme for fire prevention is "Every Second Counts: Plan 2 Ways Out." Chief Maclin has served in many ranks of the department since joining the force in 1990. He currently oversees four distinct offices; Fire Inspections, Fire Investigations, Emergency Medical Services, and Hazardous Materials.

Menu:

Regular choice: Chicken Marsala

Vegetarian/Gluten Free choice: Thai Pasta

Dessert: fruit medley or creme brulee
